Our Massage Therapist, Jody Olson, is available Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Call soon for your massage, her appointment book fills up fast.  Discount for new clients.

Our daycare is staffed with CPR and First Aid certified sitters, so you can be sure your child is safe while you work out.  We provide child care Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 9:30am and 5:00pm to 6:30pm Monday through Thursday.  It is limited to 10 children at a time, so be sure you call and reserve your spot.  Child care is $2.00 per hour for children 2 and older, and $2.50 for children under 2.  Ask our providers about a "punchcard" for a reduced rate!
