CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



Here at Peak Fitness, we strive to provide an atmosphere which is comfortable for everyone. Thus, we have a wide variety of classes for our members to attend.



Bootcamp



This 30-40 minute class uses a variety of equipment including weights, bands, balance balls, steps and more to ensure a quality workout. Don't let the name intimidate you, come and try a class. A consistent bootcamp routine will have you in the best shape of your life!​



Zumba



Fun, funky and fresh! Zumba is a wonderful way to shred calories to your favorite dance songs. With simple yet fun choreographed moves our instructors will lead you through a sweat inducing good time! Get your Zumba on!



Spinning



Using our fantastic spin stationary bikes this class provides a great sweat. The routines range from endurance, to strength to intervals! Saddle up and bring your smile.



Pilates



Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on core strength and body conditioning. It involves precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. Pilates can be done on a mat or with special equipment
